What You Get
- A one-on-one personal trainer in your home for 45-60 minutes 1, 2, or 3 times per week for 3, 6, or 12 months to help you develop and sustain a healthy lifestyle 
- 1 pair of adjustable dumbbells and a workout bench - valued at $1500 - installed in your home for the term of your training agreement so you can begin working out on your own, as well, in a safe, stable environment - Already have a home gym? Great! We’ll train you on that, too. 
 
- A customized workout routine designed specifically for your goals, ability level, and schedule. No matter your age or experience, we can get you the results you want 
- Detailed exercise instruction to ensure each exercise works for your anatomy and limitations, and that you don’t end up injuring yourself
