How does this work?

Before we start training, we will need to meet each other! Contact us to schedule a consultation, where we will talk about your goals, establish a space to work in, and find a program that works best for you.

Once we get started, House Call Personal Training LLC will send a trainer directly to your home with an array of mobile fitness equipment. Using a space in your home agreed upon during your Training Consultation, we’ll get to work!

If you opt for video training, you will use space and equipment you have available to you while the trainer guides you through a customized workout.

If you opt for online programming, you will be sent customized monthly workouts to follow on a weekly basis. Weekly check-ins will ensure that you are confident that you are performing the exercises and workouts as programmed.

Do I need to provide the exercise equipment?

Nope! House Call Personal Training LLC’s trainers have years of experience building customized, effective workout routines with little to no equipment. However, each trainer is also outfitted with an array of tools they bring to you to get you the results you want to achieve.

What if I already have exercise equipment?

Excellent! We can use that, and fill in the gaps (if you have any) using what House Call Personal Training LLC provides with our mobile equipment.

How much space do I need?

This will be determined by your fitness goals, which we will work on pinpointing during our consultation. If you don’t have much, don’t count yourself out yet: you’ll be surprised at how much we can achieve in a small amount of space!

Do you come to my location?

At this time, we are serving the North Hills area, to include Shaler, Ross, Wexford, McCandless, and Sewickley.
